Camilo Artiga-Purcell is a seasoned trial attorney with experience litigating commercial, securities, financial fraud, and intellectual property disputes.

Representing Lefty O'Doul's in a trademark infringement and dilution action under the Lanham Act and California common law.

Representing co-founder of private cloud computing startup fraudulently divested of equity interest immediately before acquisition.

  • Vulcan Warbirds v. Collings Foundation, et al. 

Successfully represented Vulcan Warbirds in post-auction dispute over ownership of a WWII military tank.

    Successfully represented minority LLC member in repurchase of 30% interest.

Successfully defended RREEF in breach of contract action in connection with mixed used real estate development.
