Successfully represented environmentalists to safeguard old growth redwoods in NEPA action to force CALTRANS to do a detailed environmental impact statement on the Richardson Grove highway-widening project.

Representing co-founder of private cloud computing startup fraudulently divested of equity interest immediately before acquisition.

  • Vulcan Warbirds v. Collings Foundation, et al. 

Successfully represented Vulcan Warbirds in post-auction dispute over ownership of a WWII military tank.
